Mid-Day Walks:
§ Mid-day walks occur Monday through Friday between 10:00am and 3:00pm.
§ Walks are approximately 20-30 minutes.
§ Mid-day walks allow you to enjoy your day and not feel guilty about leaving your precious furry friends home alone for so long.
Vacation Visits:
§ Vacation Visits are an average 30 minutes long and include a walk and/or some playtime inside/outside.
§ I will provide care for your pets according to your instructions. I will follow his/her regular feeding schedule and other routines as closely as possible.
§ For most pets I suggest at least three visits per day while you are away. But the total number of visits is always left to the owners to decide.
§ Home security checks performed at each visit mail, newspapers, and packages brought inside lights turned on/off draperies/window coverings opened/closed watering indoor plants to make your home look "lived-in" at no additional charge.
Cat-Sitting Visits:
§ I will visit your home daily to provide care for your cats while you are away.
§ Cat-Sitting Visits are approximately 20-30 minutes.
§ I will provide care for your cat according to your instructions. During each visit, I will provide them with food and fresh water as well as scoop their litter box.
§ Households with more than two litter boxes will be charged $3.00 for each additional litter box.

Overnight Pet-Sitting:
§ I will stay in your home overnight while you are away and provide care for your pets, following their normal routine as closely as possible and therefore reducing the stress on him/her during your absence.
§ Overnight Pet-Sitting rates are for a ten hour period and include at least three walks per day. If additional mid-day visits are required, the standard pet sitting charge will apply in addition to the overnight rate.
§ I will also provide your pet with lots of love, attention, and playtime during my stay in your home. And of course I will feed them according to your instructions and make sure they have plenty of fresh water.
§ I offer Overnight Pet-Sitting on a limited basis so please make your reservations early.

In Home Pet Sitting:
§ While your pet is at Nicole's, he/she will receive 2 -3 walks a day.
§ Nicole will provide your pets with lots of love, attention and playtime.
§ Nicole will ensure your pets are well fed and remain healthy and happy while in my care.
House Sitting:
§ If you do not have pets and would like for Nicole to check in on your home while you are out of town, this would be a great option for you. You will be able to travel with peace of mind knowing that your home is safe and secure. At the end of each visit I will leave a detailed report card advising you of the services that were performed. In addition, I can also email you on a daily basis advising you of the services that were performed at your home as well.
Pet Taxi:
§ Nicole will drop and pick-up your pet(s) from anywhere within a 10 mile radius from your home.
Ear Cleaning:
§ Ear Cleaning: Nicole will provide the pet ear cleaner’s to clean your pet(s) ears.
Teeth Brushing:
§ Nicole will provide the tooth brush and toothpaste to ensure your pet(s) teeth are healthy and clean.
Dog Baths:
§ Nicole will shampoo, condition, towel dry and blow dry your dog(s) coat.
Potty Breaks:
§ If your dog does not require a 20-30 minute walk, the potty break will be a fantastic option. Potty breaks are a 10-15 minute walk. Monthly discounts are available for regular mid-day dog walking services that are 5 days a week only.
Additional Fees
One time Consultation Fee: $20.00
§ There is a one-time initial consultation fee of $20.00 for new clients. The consultation is for 20-30 minutes. During the consultation, Nicole will come to your home to meet you and your pets, become familiar with your home, pick-up the keys and complete all the necessary paperwork. All information is then kept on file for future use. There is a $15.00 charge for each key pick-up and drop off occurrence (after the initial consultation). $5.00 charge for medication that requires injections or oral administering. (There is no charge for medicine or supplements that is taken with food.)

· $30 round trip (Note - There is an hourly charge of $25 to wait with your pet(s) at an appointment i.e. pet groomers or vet appointment)

· Small dogs (under 25 lbs) - shampoo and conditioner provided by Nicole $20

Playtime for all pets
§ Feeding, refreshing of water bowls, disposal of waste and litter box cleaning
§ Administration of medical needs
§ Up to 3 visits per day (20-30 minutes per visit)
§ Cleanup after pet "accidents"
§ Pet report cards left at the end of each service visit
§ Overnight stays include morning and evening walks, lots of playtime and feeding

Are there extra costs for services performed on a holiday?
I consider the following to be major annual holidays: New Year's Eve, New Years Day, Easter, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas and Christmas Eve Day. There is a $20 surcharge plus the standard charge for the service being provided on these dates.
